Varietal: Semillon and Malvasia of Lazio | Region: Lazio

Tasting Notes: Brilliant, straw yellow color. Fruity notes of pear, citrus, and floral fruit. Dry, fresh, acidity with a typical flavor and minerality of the territory. Intense, harmonious and elegant.

Paired with Suppli Cacio e Pepe 

02 | Lavignone Rosato

Varietal: 100% Barbera | Region: Piemonte

Tasting Notes: Delicate pale rosé. Intense, full, fresh and flowery on the nose. Elegant palate, characterized by freshness, which gives a silky and full sensation.

Paired with polenta crostini with mushroom 

03 | Lavignone Barbera

Varietal: 100% Barbera | Region: Piemonte

Tasting Notes: Intense garnet red color. Fresh, rich in fruity and floral fragrances, strong hot spice hints. Elegant and fresh, balanced between acid and structure. Intense red fruit finish.

04 | Appia Antica 400 Rosso

Varietal: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc | Region: Lazio

Tasting Notes: Ruby red, complex on the nose, hints of ripe red fruit, jam, chocolate and spice. Warm, soft, round, and savory on the palate. Full-bodied, robust with minerality, typical of the volcanic soils of the Roman countryside.

Varietal: 100% Nerello Mascalese | Region: Sicilia

Tasting Notes: Warm and robust, with an excellent balance between acid and tannin. Refined and persistent, finishes with a striking softness and dynamism.
