Learn to make Reginelle Pasta con Ricotta, Sugo, e Polpette, a hearty and comforting classic. In this class, you'll work with reginelle (or mafaldine), a beautiful ribbon-shaped pasta, learning how to pair it with a rich, slow-simmered tomato sauce (sugo), creamy ricotta cheese, and tender, flavorful meatballs (polpette).
